日 日本語の国 Nihongo no Kuni: A little every day

WELCOME TO YOUR JAPANESE LEARNING SPACE

Getting started

Your first week

  1. Create an account to save your results.
  2. Choose a study path that matches your level.
  3. Read a sheet, then try his little exercise.
  4. Finish a quiz without looking for perfection.
  5. Return to a few errors in your notebook.

A few minutes of regular practice can build a habit. You can pause and pick up where you left off.

Choose my study path
Which level should I choose?

N5 is the first level of the JLPT, and then comes N4, N3, N2 and N1. If you start, explore the N5 bases. The "N5 + N4" level mixes revisions and new notions. The site labels are indicative: the JLPT does not publish an exhaustive official list of vocabulary or grammar by level. See the official FAQ of the JLPT.

What are the small characters above kanji?

These are the furigana: they indicate reading. They accompany the examples and stories. In an exercise that precisely requires reading a kanji, they are withdrawn so as not to reveal the answer.

How does my score work?

The first participation in each quiz is kept in the averages. Replay is used to train. An unanswered question is worth zero. Cards, readings, kanji and mini-games have their own results and do not change your average quiz.

How do I use the error book?

After a correction, the errors are recorded. Answer correctly in the notebook to remove a question from the list to be reviewed. Old participations without details cannot be reconstructed: replay them to feed your notebook.

What counts as completing a step?

For a sheet, a play or a kanji: at least 80% at exercise. For a quiz: finish a first participation. The results of small exercises are updated when you try again.

Is this an official JLPT website?

No. 日本語の国 offers original trainings and is not affiliated with the JLPT organization. The starting routes are centered on the N5 and N4 bases; the other levels are enriched through the publications.

Are my results public?

Your results, goals and badges are private. Only aggregated statistics are publicly displayed.

How can I report a mistake or suggest an idea?

Write to contact@d3medias.com, indicating the quiz or the relevant fact sheet and question number.
